We offer Phone Support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our policy is to do our best to respond to support calls within 30 minutes. We are able to meet that goal over 95% of the time. We are able to solve most problems over the phone with the customer in a very short period of time. Other problems can be diagnosed and corrected via modem within a few hours.
